Vispa is one of the UK’s longest established Internet Service Providers in the UK, supplying a wide range of home and business internet services. Vispa has also built one of the UK’s most sophisticated wireless networks across the North West providing thousands of user’s superfast internet access. Vispa is now looking for a wireless field engineer to help expand our network.

The selected candidate will be based out of our offices in South Manchester. The job is primarily field based and will involve travelling across the North West, particularly Cheshire. This means a clean driving license is essential as well as the need to have part C1 so you can drive our Cherry Picker.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, articulate, and proactive with strong attention to detail. The willingneso learn new things and embrace new technologies used within the company will greatly help the progression, complimented by the ability to complete tasks under minimal supervision. Previous experience working for other telecommunication companies or satellite based installers would be advantageous but not essential. Your job role will include both installations and maintenance at residential properties and also commercial premises.

- Confident Working at Heights
- Experience Working with Ladders
- Experience Working with Safety Equipment
- Experience and good Knowledge of using PC/Laptop Software
- Experience mounting aerials, poles and brackets (and the tools required to do so)
- Any experience with wireless technologies and the radio spectrum would be desirable but is not essential

As the job role is completely customer facing, you will be required to present a friendly, helpful, positive attitude at all times. You will be provided with company work wear. Full training will be provided. All tools and equipment will also be provided including a company mobile.

Vispa, one of the UK's longest established ISP's currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Advisor at its Head Office in south Manchester. As technical support advisor you will be required to provide 1st/2nd line support to customers & partners relating to ADSL (WBC/IPSC) and WLR3 related faults. You will also be required to deal with billing and customer service related enquires. You will have experience working with BT Wholesale diagnostic tools including ECO & ECO Plus. An understanding of broadband networks and how to diagnose faults relating to broadband will be a major advantage to any applicant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an ISP/Telecoms organisation, be a team player and have excellent problem solving skills. Telephone manner and the ability to cope under pressure are also key attributes for the successful candidates. Holidays: 28 days (inc bank holidays)

We are recruiting ambitious sales agents who would like the opportunity to join a young, dynamic team that gives you the unique opportunity to be your own boss and achieve generous commissions selling the companies exciting new wireless telecoms services to rural areas. You will be selling superfast wireless broadband & phone services to communities that currently receive a very slow broadband service. With a excellent take-up rate of 50%, you'll find it easy to achieve your targets.
The successful candidate(s) will be given full product training so that they are confident when door canvassing in the local area. Sales experience and your own car is essential.
