EFM is provided over multiple copper lines, so if one line fails, the remaining lines will continue to keep you up-and-running. EFM has been designed specifically for business users as a far superior offering to legacy technologies such as Leased Line & SDSL. It offers higher bandwidth options and has a built in reliability that is not available on traditional products.

Guaranteed Symmetrical Speeds

EFM provides the sames speeds for both upload and download using a symetrical link into the Vispa network. We also guarantee a speed that you will receive from your local exchange.

Enhanced Openreach Care

EFM is provided with Service Level 4 from BT Openreach meaning that should any fault arise, it will be fixed within 6 hours.

No phone line required

Unlike traditional broadband, EFM does not require it's own telephone line. It is presented at your premesis as an Ethernet socket.
