How long will it take for my web hosting account to be setup?

All new accounts are activated in real time. You will be provided with login information by email within a few minutes of placing your order.

How long will it take for my new domain name to work?

If you choose to register a new domain upon ordering, the domain name will appear in your control panel instantly although it will take up to 24 hours for it to become visible to the world.

How do I pay for my hosting?

Our preferred method is by Credit or Debit Card although you can pay by Cheque or bank transfer.

Will my hosting be backed up?

Yes, we backup all our hosting customers websites on a nightly basis.

How do I get my FREE Domain Name?

When you are happy to signup, follow the steps on screen and towards the end of the signup process you may change the subscription period from 1 month to 1 year. Upon doing this you will be issued a promotional credit for your 2 year domain name.
