How much does it cost to terminate my contract early?
We charge an early termination fee that is equal to the amount that you would have paid up to the end of your minimum contract period. We then subtract any costs we save (for example, payments to suppliers) due to you leaving early.
For example, you pay £35 a month. You have three months left in your minimum contracted term.
1) We multiply £35 x 3 totalling £105.
2) We remove the VAT (20%), leaving £87.50.
3) We remove any costs we save (for example, £5 per month, £5x3), which reduces it to £72.50.
4) We add the VAT back on, leaving a total charge of £87.00.
We will reduce this charge by 3% if you pay prior to your service termination.
